I know this a bit late but I watched the last twenty minutes of the Rags game. It was crap.
There was a handball incident involving a Rags defender. It was not intentional but in the new ways of things it should have been a penalty. It wasn’t given and it wasn’t reviewed because they don’t have VAR in the UEFA Cup until the final. What the f..k is that about ? How can UEFA have different rules for two events under their umbrella ?
