Nothing would piss UTD off more than both Liverpool and City being in the CL and them not.

That said, Klopp could attract some serious players if they were in the CL but maybe that's good for the PL.

You got Juve at a time when they were still in a crisis. Since then they are on an unbeaten run even without conceding a goal.
Gladbach was about the same. They started the season with a couple of losses in a row and had their manager changed after some matchdays. Since then they are a real force again.

City should take heart from that and believe we can beat anybody.
We know we're not the best team in Europe, we aren't fools, but with enough belief, enough effort and a little luck, anything is possible.

I think Liverpool's odds of winning the EL are far greater than ours of winning the CL, but football's a funny old game...
