If we end up in Europa I'm off down the bookies that Leicester,Spurs,arse and the rags don't get out the Group stage
Never mind that, off to the bookies that Leicester win it and as a side bet get relegated!!

Can we play those games at the Academy? Full houses then.Imagine the crowd at the Etihad if we drew TNS(again) in the first round of the EL.

Yea I am sure, regardless of what newspapers are doing to try and stay in business. Admittedly it's one step up from The League Cup but even so it's not a major competition.
Never going to happen. Our owners would want us to win it.We should play the kids in the carling cup and fa cup though. Never understood why we played full teams in every comp.
I'm not sure they would want us to win it. But I do think they would be mindful of the impact on our reputation if we were to totally disrespect the competition.
I don't think the decision to play the kids at Chelsea was taken lightly (and even then it was only 7 kids in the 18 man squad, 11 senior players made the trip). I don't think the club welcomed the criticism that drew. The owners are trying to build City's reputation worldwide. They will reluctantly accept that means paying more than lip service to the competition.

I will watch it with passion if we play the kids only.
Hopefully Pep will give them a chance to play Carling Cup & Europa League next season.
