even in another generation

Well played to the blues that made it to Norwich today. Probably the smallest ever following we have taken there. Yes the £50 tik price and early ko didn’t help.

Well played to the blues that made it to anfield last week. Probably the smallest ever following we have taken there in recent times (yes I know the 80s wern't great!). And Yes the £50 odd tik price and closest of time after Wembley didn’t help.

We seem to have a smaller than ever away followng when we are playing teams outside of the top 6….i may be wrong but have a feeling if we were top of the league tickets would be hard to come by! and yet we have more season card holders than ever. but there is talk of a ballot for away tickets…talk or overhauling the loyalty points because its no fair…talk or getting rid of supporters clubs…………..talk is cheap!

Well played again to the blues that went…worryingly though, why has the away day following started to diminish?
About five years ago i started refusing to pay for tickets that were over about £40-45.

We've had many more games since we've been playing in Europe in the last seven years the costs just keep rising and it's been away games that have taken the hit for me even though I actually enjoy away games more than home.

What we're asked to pay by some cheeky bastard clubs (City being one to travelling fans too) is just unreasonable and I honestly think those paying £50-60+ are just chumps! You're the ones who've made it worse for everyone else because you just keep paying it and giving all these clubs justification to keep pushing the prices up.

Next season's cap has come round because people like me refusing to pay these prices and the many others who've campaigned against them - and that's not by buying a £60 ticket for Arsenal and then holding up a bed sheet complaining about how much you've just paid!

It's nothing to do with the price or KO time.

It's the turgid and passionless football you would have to watch from the "charming man"

It was full the last time we went there for a 12:45pm KO when we had a team and manager to be proud off in April 2012.

Sad that we have wait for the players to play well to get the crowd singing.

I know, i had only worked 40 odd hours this week, and spent a small fortune going to norwich, if only i had sung as well, bony may have even broke into a trot at some point. Shame on us fans

When I lived in the UK I went to every home and away games because I could afford it. If I lived in England today, and as a pensioner,I couldn't afford every game so would have to be very selective. And given the crap this current side are putting in front of their faithful fans I must confess that I wouldn't be wasting my pension on many away games. And I've followed the Blues since the 1950s.
