Were on a good run, playing well and facing a team not having the greatest season , and peolpe are hoping we can get a scrappy win. Get a grip.

It's literally the same every pre-match thread.

The reality is, if City turn up then it doesn't matter what Everton do as they simply aren't on our level, or even close to it. That's a pretty big if, but recent form favours it.

Not really sure why you take exception to that, tbh. Obviously I'd love to see us make a real statement with a comprehensive victory, but given yesterday's results I'd settle for a scrappy 1-0. Getting the three points is all that really matters.

Because player for player we are much better and we are on a good run. Agree that 3 points is all that matters but the amount of fear shown by some posters is IMO, staggering.

You wouldn't think we were even playing today looking at the media coverage. Nothing about us on the BBC Sport website, nor in the Observer. All Klopp this and rag shit that. Even a piece on Schneiderlin, but nothing City related.

We need to smash these Scouse twats today to put a big statement down that we are in this title race and have more chance than the two sets of red has-beens playing at the swamp after the day's biggest game.
