You can when it actually was an obvious sarcastic joke in a thread of previous sarcastic jokes on the subject.

Why in the name of our saviour Sergio Aguero would you think I would genuinely get something like that wrong? I was at three of the bloody matches.

I sometimes use ellipsis, but even that gets misinterpreted now. To be honest, maybe this one was a bit too subtle, but as @SWP's back and I have teamed for a few running sarcastic jokes on here, I am just surprised he wouldn’t recognise it as such.

I know @prestonibbo_mcfc just likes to have a go every now and then, as is his right, really. ;-)

At any rate, back to our match with Everton...
