Thinking of taking my lad to Everton tomorrow, just a quick question to anyone who has been.

Would you say it is safe to take kids?? He is 8 years old.

Cheers

Always park at the Leisure Centre on the East Lancs so quite a walk back. Never been a spot of bother even after we won 2-1. The vast majority of BlueDippers are like us. You'll just have to hope we don't win 1-0 with Jole gettin' a 99th min winner!

I wouldn't wear any club colours, it was pretty hostle last season when they turned us over and I'm sure it would get much worse if we gain CL status there tomorrow.

We can't get the Champions league place at Everton tomorrow until after Spurs have played in the late kick off at least.
My lads have been there and we've never seen any trouble.

My mistake I hadn't even checked what time the Spurs game was tomorrow, cheers for that.

Not been to Everyon since the 80's - Was bloody murder in those years

The atmosphere inside can be a bit hostile, but not in an aggressive way. Never had any problems wandering to and from the ground and we normally park on Stanley park with the home fans! The grounds a dump though!

I have taken my kids there with no issue. Don't wear club colours (I never do to away games, a throwback from the 70's)

Bear in mind that the away section is not the family stand, they will hear and maybe see quite a few things you might not like them to.

I wated until my eldest was 13, and the youngest 11, before we went to an away match, to say they were bemused was an understatement.
