Everton away rollcall

Your talking shite lad. Most city fans ive met think we have decent support. Weve had a better away following for as long as I can remember.

What I meant by 'I dont know about howard kendall' was I dont know if your opinion if justified. Didnt he leave you with a stronger side than when he came.

Anyway words have failed you in all your previous posts so theres no change there haha.

so are most city fans going to liverpool lime street to the boozers round there? Or Sandhills station and what are those soccerbuses like are they just for away fans only or not? And what time train are most city fans going?

You would be advised to drink in city centre and either taxi it of get the train from central to kirkdale. Walton is a shithole and hardly away friendly. As for the ground its akin to watching the game from the mary rose. And the bizzies will not help you if your attacked.

I used to booze in Walton a lot, both away at liverpool and everton, never had any mither there - generally grown up blokes having a few drinks with you rather than daft kids looking for a fight, must have changed in recent years

-- Thu May 05, 2011 5:33 pm --

Our away support is poor what a load of nonsense. The only games Everton haven't sold out this season are Birmingham by 2 seats, and we were doing shit. Sunderland was on a monday night in november. West Ham was just after christmas at 5 30 we still took 2000. Bolton never gave us our full allocation same with Spurs. The only game I think we should of sold out that we didn't was Wolves but even then thats an expensive. City's away support is the same size as Everton's really despite the fact your doing far better in the league than us. You can maybe aim a few digs at us about our fans sitting down but that's due to tickets going to supporters clubs most of whom only attend a few games a season. It's absolute bullshit that there's been empty seats in our away end ever at either COMS or Maine Road. We always sell out at City, just like you sell out at our place.

credit where its due, I would say over the last few years your lot have been consistently the noisiest fans at COMS - always sell out and everyone always seems to be singing - probably helps you that you always seem to fucking win at our place though, but I cannot fault your fans (other than one called Darker Shade of Blue who used to come in here talking all sorts of shite)

The taxi clubs a cracking place for a beer...City fans always very welcome when Ive been in. Good old school everton fans to have a banter with.

Some people slagging off Everton are unreal...theyre a million miles from some of the plastic bastards at Bolton and Wigan etc. One of the best away days if you make the effort and show a bit of respect.

My wife and I will be attending!!
As for Everton fans, having been exiled as a child to the N.Wales coast I know lot's of 'em and I have to say in the main they are good lads, match going most of them and always a bit of a laugh.

The reason we sit down is simple, too many miserable bastards. But I have to say City is the 1 game in the lower tier wheere we stand with the excpetion of Anfield. I think it is due to our fans not wanting be like Kopites. But I certainly remember us standing in the Cahill game for the whole match. In Upper Bullens your fans sat down so I don't really see your point. The problem is too many bellends get tickets who don't have any interest in supporting the team. On our day when the proper fans attend our atmosphere is unrivalled. I only heard 2 City songs this year. Blue Moon and the Carlos Tevez 1. So I'd say despite what people say our supporters are very similar. Walton is a shithole and always will be, I wish sometimes they'd let 1 of those Yugoslvian war criminals out to do a bit of social cleansing round that area. Honestly that area is full of dickheads. Anfield isn't exactly Chelsea but the residents round there are at least happy to have a football club round their house, that brings revenue into local businesses. The area's not rough nor poor just seems to breed a particular type of twat.

I've got a ticket for the Paddock LV3 row 12 but I need another one as the other half can come now we've sorted a babysitter.

I've called the ticket office and they said they've got UV2 seats left and I can take mine back tomorrow and I can have two of those.

Is the view from UV2 ok or are these worse than the one I've got? Whats it going to be like from LV3 row 12? I've tried googling them but can't seem to find anything. If its the crappy view I'm not bothered but she won't like it at all and it'd be a waste of £50 for ticket and travel.

Thanks

What's with the ha ha bit?
Surely all you hillarious scousers don't need to tell us when you're cracking a funny...
To be fair we all have our clubs, often for a variety of reasons that we don't like. Everton are mine.
As for away support - I must heave been imagining all those empty seats year on year at Maine Rd.. I can't comment on Eastlands as i said, as in the South Stand lower I can't see if it's full.
I can hear though - and hear nothing ever from, oh yeh, sorry, i do, the one and only song, everton everton everton, everton everton everton...
Genius that one.

Got my ticket today, mate went down to the ticket office. Both missed out on Cup final tickets though :-( C`MON CITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alright lads, first post. :)

Got my ticket for me and my mate tomorrow and have never gone by train to Goodison. Was thinking about getting the 12.37 from Picadilly to Sandhills (changing at South Parkway). Anyone else planning on getting this train?
