There are only three certainties in life: death, taxes, and City losing at Goodison Park.
Didn't we win there about 4 years ago? Ireland and Robinho wasn't it? So it's not really "certain", just highly likely!
Yup.

We would have finished much higher that season had Hughes and his staff not had a little falling out with elano.

another loss 1-0, same match as before, mancini will tell city tv "zee is fooutball, its my fault we didn't prepare well the match, Everton is a strong team... we need van persie ..."

Re: Everton Vs City Pre Match Discussion Thread

It's about time we gave these a damn good shoeing. We are in good nick, not conceding goals and other than the Southampton debacle have largely played well throughout 2013.

Everton on the other hand have a small squad at its limits, a manager who is (probably) off in the summer and rising discontent on the terraces. This is our best chance in ages to get a result there and I think we will, 2-0 City.

New manager for reading at weekend v shaky stretford fc ???
New manager syndrome.

Hope Di Canio goes there... we've been missin an absolutely feckin hat-stand manager in this league ever since Blackpool got relegated.
Post match interviews have never been the same since.

Holloway could be back next year too!

Re: Everton Vs City Pre Match Discussion Thread

-------------------Hart----------------
Zaba - Kolo/Kompany - Nastasic - Clichy
----------------Yaya - Garcia-----------
-----------Milner - Tevez - Silva---------
-------------------Dzeko----------------

I really hope Guidetti can make the bench, if not then we should probably only start with Tevez as a lone striker and move Yaya forward.
For some reason I'm feeling very confident about this game so I'm gonna go 3-1 our way. Nastasic to score first.
