Weatherspoons for starters but does anyone know what time the Arkles pub near Stanley park will be open

Can't wait for it, got a stag do afterwards as well.

Not confident at all but never am when playing Everton they could lose back to back games against Crawley Town, Kidderminster and Knutsford and have 12 Tony Hibberts on the pitch and we'd still lose 1-0

Better not get some gob shite scouse **** giving it the ol' "come head" brookside shit either because I really can't be arsed talking to any of them fuck wit spunk stains!!

I think Everton fans are some of the worse in the Prem League if I'm honest, always have been I never really understood why they were even considered being called a peoples club unless "people" is short term for scrubby looking cunts!!

In terms of formation, I think pushing Yaya up would work.

Like this:

-----------Hart----------
--Zaba---Kolo---Nastasic----Clichy
-----Garcia----------Barry-------
--Milner------Yaya--------Silva---
------------Tevez----------------
This exactly. That's the team to win this game.

Yeah, Milner always on the right. Yaya and Silva wherever play takes them.

Of course Silva works a lot of magic on the right with milner and Zab.

I think Yaya is much better attacking than defending. In terms of effort and attitude, if not results.

Re: Everton Vs City Pre Match Discussion Thread

Anyone else got a good feeling about this match? The lads seem confident at the moment .im nervous but hopeful, feel free to abuse me if we get hammered!

LOL. I see you hate Everton just as much as the rest of us then. Can't believe I'm actually saying this but I'm glad tony hibbert is injured because he always has a f*****g stormer against us. Last year he played at centre back and aguero never got round him and dzeko never won a header.

I'm undecided what to do after the game as it'll finish early, either go on the drink round Liverpool or get the train back to manchester and have a few beers round town before last train back to Lancaster.

Re: Everton Vs City Pre Match Discussion Thread

What's the latest on Aguero? Any chance of him playing?

Everton has Tony Hibbert, Phil Jagielka and Tim Howard on the injury list.
The fact that they would probably be using their second-choice goalkeeper hopefully means we will score goals..

sorry didnt read that right, its vinnie and serg not in team

Re: Everton Vs City Pre Match Discussion Thread

So it's:

.....................Dzeko.....................

Silva...............Yaya...............Milner

..............Barry........Garcia.............

Clichy......Lescott......Kolo....Zabaleta

......................Hart.......................

Subs: Pantilimon, Nastasic, Kolarov, Razak, Nasri, Sinclair, plus one other kid.

Nastasic on the bench because we'll need Lescott's height.

Teamtalk are saying...

Sergio Aguero and Carlos Tevez: Both missing for Manchester City

Manchester City will be without Argentine strike duo Sergio Aguero and Carlos Tevez for the trip to face Everton at Goodison Park.

Aguero has failed to recover from a knee injury and will continue his recovery with his national team ahead of the World Cup qualifiers against Venezuela and Bolivia, while Tevez has tight hamstrings.

Vincent Kompany is in a race against time to be fit after missing the last seven matches with a calf injury

Re: Everton Vs City Pre Match Discussion Thread

all over twatter that neither of the argie forwards will play.

dzeko will do the business though, him an yaya will provide so much power up front.

Nightmare. Need a big performance from Dzeko.

Re: Everton Vs City Pre Match Discussion Thread

I'm not convinced Tevez is out, at least until I hear it confirmed by Mancini, as he was training on wednesday.
