Everton fans last night

Don't surprise me in the slightest have worked with several Everton fans over the years they are without doubt the bitterest set of twats in the world, deluded self important wankers all of them . They can bullshit for Britain, I would love to see them relegated.

i only know 1 everton fan who happens to be a nice bloke.

the disabled lad i feel sorry for, fancy having to put up with a disability and having an arsehole for a father .

went to carlisle v everton yesterday, was drinking next to a big group of everton fans in the pub pre match, most of them whining about the City game, still hadn't let it go. Then, to my surprise, they all firmly agreed they prefer United fans nowadays, they get nothing but grief whenever they play City! cheek of it

Moaning about racist abuse of their players at Carlisle.

I have no idea if true or not but they cry wolf much too often.

this is purely based on a tannoy announcement that stated "Carlisle do not tolerate any racist or other abuse towards any player" etc etc. Firstly there's no way from the announcement you could tell what sort of abuse it was and secondly the Everton fans were totally segregated from the home fans, and the section it was alledged to have come from was the other end of the ground to them!! what rotten shit.

Hardly a surprise, all the Everton fans I know have been closet United fans for years.

Pretty rich if true. Through the 70's and 80's they regarded themselves as a 'white' club and it wasn't until 1994 that they signed their first high profile black player in Amokachi

As recently as 2011, their fans have the worst record for racist offences, up there with Celtic and Rangers (which is probably predominantly against each other)

In fact I know a couple of Everyon fans through work who are responsible family men and hold down senior roles but at the drop of a hat can suddenly turn into Alf Garnett

That seemed to be a theme when i checked their forums last week, even before the match and the inevitable sporaadic trouble. Don't think they've ever been too keen on us but that prick Moyes really fed into their victim status with hid nonsense around the Lescott transfer and it hasn't been great ever since. I remember it even kicked off with the official Everton party in the posh seats one year when they celebrated a winner at our place.

Next we will have a nun who was verbally abused. This is the absolute dregs of journalism. The parents getting the fame should be totally embarrassed. Makes a mockery of all 3 made up fables!

I saw that mate. A couple of pissed up Blues were shouting some obscene stuff at her. She was with another sister, who was giving as much as she was getting to be fair. I would normally have stepped in but I was giving dogs abuse to a leper at the time, the no-fingered, one-armed, pox-ridden tosser..

BT Sport showed Kone's goal celebration with Lennon [I think] pointing at the abuse and the rest turning round for a look. Seemed quite genuine. All the Evertonians I've ever know are decent, left-of-centre types.

Exactly. I posted on the morning after the match about how the father ranted for no reason in the lift over crowds and tickets - no mention of any bad treatment. His bitterness in front of the disabled kid was awful and the City fans who included female pensioners were quite shocked at his attitude. I thought he was possibly the kid's grandfather but a couple of days later, Fozz a decent Liverpool poster on the DT mentioned a disabled report in the Echo and sure enough it was the lad with his celebrity carer dad. The kid has problems but i said the worst was having that bitter bugger in his ear all the time as he pushed him.

Even before I saw your post I was of the opinion that it was unlikely City fans would say or do anything to a disabled person. Now I would not believe a word that man says - or the Liverpool Echo.
