Lewis is not a defender. Gvardiol’s square passes across midfield have to stop. Kovacic is a squad DM. Doku is a one-move wonder with almost zero end product. Savinho is a brilliant winger who seems incapable of pulling the trigger at the right moment. Foden is almost there, but not quite. Haaland is working hard, but when you get a chance for a freebie from 12 yards, you have to take it! Telegraphed going to Pickford’s right and didn’t even put it in the corner. Poor.

Hope Ake wasn’t injured. Thought Savi was good today, feel like he just needs a goal but same goes for almost everyone. Team is so depleted, I very much doubt the starting 11 today were fully fit.
