Calm down

Stick Rodri in that team and it's title-challenging again
Wouldn't say title- challenging but today was a good performance relative to what we have seen from our boys this past few weeks. If the Gvardiold header goes in and Erling scores the penalty we are home and dried and on the up again.
Small margins. Everton are good at getting clean sheets as Pep has said. But we weren't good enough in that we didn't win the game and that's how we are judged.
An experienced energetic defensive midfielder in the January window plus a defender to give cover for our injured back line and we will have a breathing space to fully stop the rot and go on to have a better season than we are right now. Remember players will be available to buy. Dias was a January signing and what a player he has proved to be for us.
At the moment we only have eight first team players available. It's still horrendous for Pep and for all of us. But we must show more fight in trying to get the win.
Hope Jack is back for Leicester

False nine wont work now , we had sane, ffs , raz and peak kev feeding them, peak gundy and jules and in form phil , it would be a utter car crash now

When i see it written down i think how the fuck have we gone from that to this , players get older of course but we didnt replace the others well enough
Yes.
We could have got Zirkzee, Gazpacho and Varane....

We aren't the only ones.

Looks at Spurs, but no one is talking about them as going into freefall.
Spurs haven’t won a shite for 60 years , they’re a nearly club , we aren’t , when we get compared to that footballing circus then you know we really are a load of shite , it’s like comparing Susan Boyle to Margot Robbie

It actually had decent writing. Unlike the fantasy worlds of other soaps, Brookside was a more honest attempt to depict everyday conflicts and societal ills. And what a better location to depict conflict and societal ills than scouseland
It really did. We often stop an episode half way through to discuss how accurate a reflection it was of society at the time. For my sins I had a Dipper bf late 70s/ early 80s so I recognised a lot of the traits his family had in those fictional characters who were so rounded and believable. We are just up to Damon and Debbie, the issue of Damon being jobless mid 80s in Thatchers Britain was powerfully portrayed, as was the helplessness of Billy Corkhill when he lost his job. Neither me or dear OH are Scousers but my experience with long gone ex Bf means I do know, and can explain the reality of life on Murkyside to him in those days ( he's posh Cheshire and even the bloody miners strike passed him by - I lived in a town badly impacted in 84, so Sherwood made educational viewing for him too - aided by my first hand stories of folks I worked with who had family members in the pits/ on strike plus a coppers wife. Really the have and have nots in the mid 80s.

Anyway we like our Brooky don't actually watch much TV although it doesn't sound like it does it with my post?? :-)

Sorry off topic - one thing Brooky really passed me off with was the Dipper supporting Grant family. Thank gawd for Rod Corkhill who would be very happy today!

BTW I know where Pickford buys his multiple scratch cards from, get our goalies on them maybe magic potion for saving pennos!!,
