Yeah I'm down to one now, looks like they're limiting sales to 2 per person.ive gone to buy another ticket online and its says 0 remaining tickets next to my name despite seats being left???? i only bought 2!
It's grating because it's a fallacy we have poor crowds. I don't expect any different from opposition fans - everything is fair game when playing each other as far as taunts go, but for national newspapers and radio to jump on it as well is a joke.I'm a neutral here, with an interest as my other half is an Everton fan.
Wanted to point out that the stick City seem to be getting from journalists on TalkShite, in the papers and also off Everton fans re. it not being a sellout (despite a projected crowd of 50k+), is laughable given that Everton only got 35k (5k short of capacity) for the first leg at Goodison. This is a team who have won no trophy for over 20 years and are apparently desperate to end that drought and reach the final.

Fuck the media and fuck other fans. I'm gonna go the game and hopefully thoroughly enjoy it.
We've not always had the luxury of the success we are currently enjoying. You can't magic fans from out of nowhere. In time the support Base will grow. I don't get people's obsession with it.
Liverpool fans are usually the worst. My Mrs is always taking the piss then on the other hand moans she can never get tickets for Liverpool as it's always taken up by day trippers.
I know which scenario id rather be in.. Being able to regally attend matches to enjoy the game whether there are empty seats or otherwise.

Fucksake lads. Personally, I love a game where the atmosphere is a bit edgy, anything that puts a rocket up a few arses and invokes a few more of us to sing our hearts out is all fine by me. Don't get me wrong, if Everton fans take liberties and goad anyone where I'm stood in the South Stand, then I'm sure they will be helped to see the error of their ways. But come on, we should be really looking forward to this match, and I for one, think it could be a memorable night..
PS One of our CITY branch members just bought a block of 6 in 327, but I know this can't be true, Everton fans are the only one's buying, I heard it on Facebook..
