The planner looks pretty grim.
As long as we beat the 31,000 for West Ham we are making progress.
The planner isn't great but we (City and Everton) have already sold many more than for the West Ham game. I'd estimate that there are no more than 5,000 left on the bottom two tiers. They hold about 36,000. The top tier of SS3 holds about 5,500 which Everton have sold out and we've probably sold 2,000 in EL3 which is not shown on the planner. I'd estimate we've sold in total 38-39,000 so far. I'd expect a late surge in sales and a gate of about 45,000 on the night. The split will probably be 3.5 to 1 in terms of support. Everton have sold about 8,000 and they'll probably have a couple of thousand more in our areas despite the ticket office weeding out their applications. It's not great but, as you said, it's progress.
Actually, scrub that. I forgot about the additional pitch side seats in tier1. We're probably at 40,000 total sales right now!
