It's a set plan I would think, designed by some genius for cup games, whereby it will look better on telly if level 3 has to stay shut. Plan expands with demand.

Does it really matter how many fans we have? Does it really matter how many go? I'm a season ticket holder that isn't going as I have to many other things
To pay for! Am I scared that the rag the rag attendance police will be out on Facebook trying to take the piss? No! Rather have no fans and a great team challenging on all fronts than the most fans with a shit team challenging on no fronts!

I would rather be in a full stadium than one that is half empty. And I like the fact that City's fanbase is steadily increasing. So I do take an interest in attendances. But its not that big a deal and I wouldn't criticise any fan who decides not to go, for whatever reason.
