Doku stole the first half, just needs that final ball working on. But big lads got to take the plaudits with them 2 beauties.

Pretty below par performance. Have to give it the Viking for being the matchwinner. Put some fury in that first goal!

Haaland because until he put the ball away it was looking like a very frustrating afternoon.
Ake was our best defender, with Stones a close second.
Akanji is not suited to the position he was asked to play in and Nunes was disappointing.

Got to give it the match winner. We probably dont win that without Haaland. Doku was our most dangerous player throughout though and Ake was flawless

Haaland just I thought Ake had a really good game Phil was everywhere, Doku needs to improve his end product and it's something I'm sure he'll work on.
Everton set up well and made it difficult for us but that's why we are Champions.

Haaland's first goal finish not that easy, great power and precision to keep it on target with weaker foot. For me though, Ake man of the match again, flawless in his job

Haaland man of the match, decisive in front of goal that second half. Looking like he is getting sharper each game. Hold up play is much better this season, slightly under the radar and games against physical defenders like that he is key. Looking at that Luton FA Cup game and the home game against Brentford as ones he will thrive against.

Doku had a very good first half, wins a lot of duels, available as an outlet for switches and had good success against his man. Made him leave injured. Probably unlucky not to get an assist given how poor we were in the box making runs that first half. Lot of players looked confused in the final third.

Stones and Dias very solid, dealt with everything they faced quite easily IMO.
