Thing is clubs spend ridiculous money on players when arguably the manager is the most important person at the club, can never understand why clubs don't throw a King's ransom at the best managers going.

That’s what Leeds did last season .they spent virtually all there budget giving bielsa his contract and now they are reaping the benefits.cannot understand why no one is looking at him tbh .

everton are in a big mess and in trouble ?? money was spent and silva turned the style into playing more football and it not worked, in the bottom 3 and bad results and liverpool smashing them, their fans are going crazy and they have always been loud and they still think they are a top 6 team and anything below is not good enough, so add liverpool doing ok and thumping them its a war zone at everton and all the top manager will not touch them

everton should go down the route of chelsea and bring in a up and coming young manager, even rooney would give them a big lift as player coach or manager
