Lampard will stop the slide imo.He did a good job at derby and steadied the Chelsea ship through a transfer ban. Seems like a decent bloke, always has a kind word for City.

Hopefully he will succeed. This appointment has come about because of the fan revolt towards Pereira. The Everton board have made the correct decision finally. I predict a comfortable end to the season for the toffees and a mini resurgence if they give him time.

Top 10 is achievable.

40m for Dele Alli, fucking hell

On a free mate initially. Doubt its £40m total or if it is, it will be something stupid like we qualify for CL and or he gets x goals/assists. We arnt paying £40m if we are shit and he doesnt play. If we get the Alli from a few years ago then he's worth the £40m

Only if we win the league do we pay £40 mil through add ons. Well worth taking a chance on him.

If Ali can't get into a pretty poor Spurs side, at least until Conte got them a bit more organised, it doesn't say a lot for him. There is no doubt he has talent but heart, desire, workrate, temperament, sadly lacking. A bit like Balotelli clubs take a punt on him as they see what he COULD be. Unfortunately they only show it in flashes. I don't see flash London boy settling in Liverpool either.

Hoping Lampard can get him moving again. If he can it could be a good signing? Time will tell.
