Personally i applaud an owner like Moshri , he has attempted to give Everton fans hope from mid-table nearly men, better to have tried and lost than never tried at all which applies to your football club ,Levy runs a tight ship but for your fans that means you win f*ck all for the forseeable future , but at least you have a future of beating MCFC in your cup final at your nice shiny new stadium every year.If you read the auditors notes it's blindingly obvious why FFP is needed. Everton's owner has written a non binding letter to say he will cover the losses, say he decides to cut his losses then Everton are f**ked, not my opinion but the official opinion of the Everton board.
I'm not looking for a scrap here but I think the big problem Man City fans have is they assume all rich owners have the same intentions as your owners. Most billionaires are crooks, most are c**ts, in the case of Moshiri its not even clear if he has the money at all, certainly doesn't look like he can pay for the stadium out of his own pocket.
Everton are the classic example of a badly run club, 100s of millions spent on a squad that has no saleable assets and a half built stadium. The report states Everton could fold if they are relegated. If that happens who do you think Everton fans will be blaming when they're walking the parks with Bury fans on Saturday afternoons with nothing to do? Will it be the league that said you can't make losses like that or the men that gambled their future like a drunken sailor?
Moshri is to blame for recruiting football people who wasted nearly £500m on buying garbage footballers on ridiculous wages , if the money had been invested correctly they would be in the Champs league and the finances would not be an issue.
Bury is a totally different situation and a ridiculous comparison Steve Dale bought Bury for a £1 and asset stripped the club until its demise and unfortunately clubs way down the food chain do not generate the funds to overcome the pound shop millionaire crooks like Dale
Everton will never fold , any Premier league club with the potential income will always be an attractive proposition for a buyer , but god forbid the colour of their skin is a shade of brown or clubs like yours will be signing letters for them to be investigated.
