At the risk of asking a daft question what will the transport and parking be like with the sea surrounding the stadium.Think he's too good for the Championship ;-)
Looks unbelievable though and a superb location on the dock
I would imagine it would be on dry land.At the risk of asking a daft question what will the transport and parking be like with the sea surrounding the stadium.
We could sail down the Ship Canal. Now that would be a fun way of getting there! Takes hours, of course, but you could have a bar on board. At the risk of asking a daft question what will the transport and parking be like with the sea surrounding the stadium.

Yes will be interesting. Maybe the club might be able to acquire other bits of surrounding land as city have done, or "local enterprise" will come to the fore !The dock road itself has been narrowed with a dedicated cycle lane so I cant imagine parking will be allowed on it. Im assuming there are plans for an onsite car park or a park and ride facility. Its about a 25/30min walk from Moorfields station if anyone knows that or 5 mins from the Titanic Hotel if anyone has been there. Sandhills will be the main station but they do need some good ideas or it could get gridlocked. Especially when the residential offices/flats start being built in future.
It'll be fine. No hub caps on a boat.At the risk of asking a daft question what will the transport and parking be like with the sea surrounding the stadium.
We only have a canal on one side and have massive parking problems! The dock road itself has been narrowed with a dedicated cycle lane so I cant imagine parking will be allowed on it. 'Hub caps" are definitely for FOCs cars, I've been picked up for calling them that before now !It'll be fine. No hub caps on a boat.
Maybe not.Leeds and Leicester will save them.
Maybe not.

Rival clubs threaten to sue Everton for £300MILLION over losses
EXCLUSIVE BY MATT HUGHES: Mail Sport understands Southampton, Leicester, Leeds, Forest and Burnley have informed Premier League they feel they are entitled to compensation.www.dailymail.co.uk
The PL would only pass the charges to City. How can Everton be sued for a regulatory body not sanctioning them? Sounds like bollocks to me. They need to be suing the PL if anyone.
When someone states they are threatening to sue, it usually means they are going to do nothing. How can Everton be sued for a regulatory body not sanctioning them? Sounds like bollocks to me. They need to be suing the PL if anyone.
I thought this was brought up some time ago and dismissed by the PL as Everton hadn't been found guilty of breaking spending rules.Maybe not.

In theory the problem wouldn't disappear if they went down if dodgy spending also kept them up last season.
Also, the article mentions Southampton being one of the suing clubs and they'd have gone down anyway.
