At the risk of asking a daft question what will the transport and parking be like with the sea surrounding the stadium.

The dock road itself has been narrowed with a dedicated cycle lane so I cant imagine parking will be allowed on it. Im assuming there are plans for an onsite car park or a park and ride facility. Its about a 25/30min walk from Moorfields station if anyone knows that or 5 mins from the Titanic Hotel if anyone has been there. Sandhills will be the main station but they do need some good ideas or it could get gridlocked. Especially when the residential offices/flats start being built in future.

Yes will be interesting. Maybe the club might be able to acquire other bits of surrounding land as city have done, or "local enterprise" will come to the fore !

A message to Everton Football Club from a resident FOC,

Just stay up fellow Blue noses. If/when you do it will mean that the odious, inbred, knuckle dragging troglodytes from leeds go down - everyone's a winner.

Next season will you please do the same thing only this time replace leeds with the rags.

We'll stop your whinging whining victim claiming neighbours from winning anything else. It's a tough job but someone has to do it!

Sorry it has to be this way but I am thinking about my blood pressure ;)

Thanks very much xx

We only have a canal on one side and have massive parking problems!

Maybe not.

I thought this was brought up some time ago and dismissed by the PL as Everton hadn't been found guilty of breaking spending rules.
In theory the problem wouldn't disappear if they went down if dodgy spending also kept them up last season.
Also, the article mentions Southampton being one of the suing clubs and they'd have gone down anyway.

Well, I hope City have kept them fully informed.

Hang on - I thought these were boys club rules and you agree to them, so you can't take anything to a 'court'.

You know, like challenging FFP rules as a restriction of trade, that was supposedly already been thrown out of a court.

Also does this make them the Fatefull Five?
