She’d do a better job than LampardThe Toffee lady. We need her back.

I didn't realise the Toffee Lady had hung her basket of Everton mints up.The Toffee lady. We need her back.
All jokes aside he’d keep you upI’d take Dyche.
He'd have to be mad. It's a poisoned chalice of a job. What did I hear last night from Shearer, who was working on their game; 8 managers in 9 years, not including caretakers? Watford would be proud of that turnaround in managers. And I'm not sure Vinny would be ready for a job at a big club just yet. Vinny should be patient, a big job will come his way.He wouldn’t take it but Vinnie would turn them round
A few years ago I'd have agreed with you that it might do them a bit of good in the long run but they're due to move into their new stadium at the start of the 24 season. If they come straight up they should be able to cope but a couple of seasons out of the PL money might cause them a few problems. You can only flirt with relegation so many times before you get bitten
Might be good for them in the long run and might be good for their fans to have a taste of what many other fanbases have had to suffer as a lot of them still have severe delusions of grandeur
I honestly think that was probably the worst I have seen from an Everton team against City. City didn't do enough to win so I can accept you getting a point. But I can't ever remember an Everton team making no attempt to play football. The play-acting and time-wasting from first minute to last was terrible.(I also accept Bernardo deserved to be booked for diving). It was hardly Joe Royle's "dogs of war" team.Last night was the first time ever that I have thought "I can't be arsed anymore" I will be arsed again in a few day and I will still support them no matter what, but they feckin annoy me at times. Utter gash, can see no escape.
One wonders if these players are saleable. Certainly expect losses on them. The dismantling of our current squad would be one of the most positive things to happen. One of the worst squads re performance you could possibly wish for, folded like a deckchair once again. Even Pep would struggle to get a tune out of them.
Thinking the same a struggling club in the same City as a bunch of arrogant KhoontsWhen you look at how smartly clubs like Brighton and Brentford run their recruitment and scouting, then it is truly baffling how a big outfit like Everton with bigger budgets and better resources have got their signings so wrong so often. So many parallels with City in our darkest
Yeah getting Burnley promoted while totally transforming their culture would be a much bigger achievement on his CVHe'd have to be mad. It's a poisoned chalice of a job. He can’t be worse than Lampard and as much as I like Vinny, he’s better off where he is.All jokes aside he’d keep you up
For a Yorkie, that's a bloody good post.if Vinnie want to make a name in the game at management then he should avoid this club like the plague ............until they have the right infrastructure in place then you wouldn’t touch it with a barge pole ............ it’s fine thinking your gonna be the ONE to turn it around but how many years we talking now ????? They have won one major honour over the last 35 years been involved in countless relegation battles ...........this won’t change until the set up is right or relegation actually happens

But while Dyche would doubtless keep them up, within 12months they’d be complaining about the style again like Allardyce.
IMO they need to be brave, need rid of Kenwright who is just a camp Peter Swales and need someone to impose their standards and culture on the club
Potter would have been ideal before they appointed Lampard
Dwight McNeil looks like he won a crossbar challenge competition and has been allowed to stay on the pitch. When you look at how smartly clubs like Brighton and Brentford run their recruitment and scouting, then it is truly baffling how a big outfit like Everton with bigger budgets and better resources have got their signings so wrong so often. You’ve seen it at your club (it always baffles me how Bradford are in League 2, you bet bigger crowds that some Prem clubs), we’ve seen it at our club… it’s all about the right men in the right jobs behind the scenes. Don’t get those appointments right and your club will underperform.if Vinnie want to make a name in the game at management then he should avoid this club like the plague ............until they have the right infrastructure in place then you wouldn’t touch it with a barge pole ............ it’s fine thinking your gonna be the ONE to turn it around but how many years we talking now ????? Not seen her in years. Kids used to love her, the guys used to swoon. My sister was the Toffee lady once.I didn't realise the Toffee Lady had hung her basket of Everton mints up.
