Let's see who Everton unload in next few days of transfer window this will tell alot

I said unload because surely nobody going to part money for any of them
( Braithwaite to other yank cheek liverpool)

When Burnley were relegated early on in his tenure, the board asked him how to spend the extra PL money, expecting him to specify players. He said that they had the players to come back up and the money should be spent on improvements to the dressing room and other facilities.
Burnley came straight back up.
Hardly the action of a dinosaur.
Have you seen Everton play

And Burnley!!!!!!

Everton should never be compared to Burnley

It would be fucking funny if Moyes keeps Everton up at West Ham's expense.

Funnier if it was at the rags expense, but let's be more realistic.

It absolutely wouldn't, I would be gutted to see West Ham go, great football club.

Friedkin group and FSG had some shady deals going when they owned Roma.

Champions league semi is the obvious one.

Its just something I think, it feels like a thread of English football history

I get that others might not think this..
Football history? The eleven founder members of the Football League are:

Accrington - Went bust, the current Accrington Stanley has no direct link to them
Aston Villa, Everton and Wolves - The only three founder members currently in the top division. Villa have been as low as the third division and Wolves have been in the fourth division.

The others; Blackburn Rovers, Bolton Wanderers, Burnley, Derby County, Notts County, Preston North End, Stoke, West Bromwich Albion are all in the EFL but many have been as low as the fourth division and Notts County had a few seasons in non-league.

I don’t support the club or have strong opinions about them but I really, really don’t want them relegated.

I think it would be a very sad day a club that had always been in the top league went down. Sad day I don’t want to see.
Everton haven’t always been in the top division, though they have been since 1954.

Bollocks to them, nobody is special or too big to go down, its that kind of myopic thinking that keeps the red twats where they are without deserving it, they are no more special than any other club.

So's Everton - it's just that they haven't played decent football since Stephen Ireland and Robinho played for us.
They used to play intelligent quality football but I think the rot set in with all that "dogs of war" nonsense. They have pretty much been shite to watch since the great team they had in the 1980s.

Dyche sacked, ok, I understand, they'd gone about as far as they could with his brand of football. But I simply can't fathom how anyone at Everton could consider bringing Moyes in as anything other than a backward step that goes nowhere.
