Everton V City post match

Says it all really , we win this title it will be against all the odds , Sky know that if we win the league again its not good for the brand or their profits , well f*ck Sky and the Dipper / Rag BBC love-in , Talkshite and all who sail in her , we are here to dominate european football and these f*ckers will have to get on board at some stage , and it will be on our terms
The 7 minutes extra time cemented it for me. Bias is clear as day. Lets hope it bites them on the last day if that late goal makes the difference

Well, that was uncomfortable but I don't give a toss right now. We're way off our best but need to get back to it on Sunday for sure.

COYB. All a bit too messy tonight, but 3 points is three points.

Walker is consistent , consistently rubbish. I cannot understand how he had regressed so much. Seems more interested in showing how strong he is. When he does make a mistake it doesn't even appear to bother him. That mishit pass near the end could have been the losing of the league. Similar to Wigan in the Cup

I know he is rubbish, I just tried to be diplomatic and positive. Honestly, I think Walker is our new weak spot in defense. Every game: at least two big mistakes. A few years back it was Stones or Otamendi but now I am more than happy with Stones/Laporte partnership. If we get Chilwell we will have sorted the constant LB problem with Mendy. But we need to start looking for a really good RB. I think neither Walker or Danilo is on the same level as Stones/Laporte/Mendy.

I absolutely love how much David Silva constantly makes himself available for a pass time after time after time. In a game where the opposition where at us all over the pitch he must be a dream for our defenders to play with. Maybe his seemingly bad performance was from a lack of movement around him.
Loads of heavy passes tonight from Dave.

Thought we were very good tonight. Not in our fluent attacking best, but in a gritty nasty way. Everton were clearly set on dominating us physically, but we didn’t let them. We showed some real backbone today that I don’t feel we did against Newcastle last week. Need to be better once we get to the penalty area, but that was a very well earned win.

What game were you watching, we didn’t hold onto the ball as we usually do and the passing at times was sloppy, it was never comfortable at 1-0 and never is.

I wasn't that worried. Everton never looked like scoring. We just stood in front of them and they went safe and backwards.
