Everton really do piss me off, for 36 games of the season they play half arsed football and roll over for many teams.
They play us and they all turn into ussain bolt, chasing just about everything.
Now if they put that sort of effort in against the other teams they wouldn’t be a shitty mid table team.
Anyway fuck em! 3 points!

Gritty performance against a fairly physical side. We were a bit frustrating at times but think that was down to Everton remaining compact in defence which is something they have struggled to do this season.
Spanish Dave was a bit anonymous but delivered a perfect free kick for MOTM Laporte to nod in. Bernie was excellent and never stopped running. Sane, wasn’t his night and think he tends to struggle at the older grounds where the pitch is a bit tighter. Otta had a mixed bag but seems to have reverted to sliding in on his arse a bit too much for my liking. Walker had his one or two usual brain farts but did ok.
The rest of the team did fine, nothing exceptional but a good solid 6/7 out of 10 performance.
Anyway back to our rightful place and turning the screw on the Dippers. A good result for us on Sunday and think we will see them crumble.

All this slagging off of Merlin, has any of you fuckers thought that his lad might be ill again and his mind is elsewhere? Wind it in. Even when he has quiet games he pissed over half the prem.
He digs in even when he knows he isn't on blob, most players go hiding.
The fella is immense.

Don’t think people are slagging him off mate. Just think we are all realising that probably the best player to play in the premier league let alone for City is finally (well beyond what mere mortals do) showing signs of an inevitable slowdown.
