While it's a risk, i would still start Fernandinho today. We play far better with him in the team and for me it's more important to come back from this long break with a positive performance and result ahead of Anfield. He walked a similar suspension tightrope for several games around Christmas time and showed he was smart enough to moderate his frequently rash tackling when necessary. By all means get him off the pitch in the last half hour if it feels like the game is won. We're better off concentrating on the 3 points on offer today rather than what could happen without him for Utd/Spurs.

However, i wouldn't take any risks with Aguero. If he's not quite ready we simply can't afford to lose him for the next two weeks. Delph on the other hand probably needs minutes and to prove his fitness given how little football he's played lately.

-----------------------Ederson-------------------
Walker-----Otamendi-----Laporte-----Delph
-------------------Fernandinho------------------
------------De Bruyne-------D.Silva------------
Sterling--------------Jesus----------------Sane

Bench: Bravo, Danilo, Zinchenko, Kompany, Gundogan, Bernardo, Diaz

Goodison is never an easy place to go but i'm still feeling fairly confident that we'll win this.

100% agreed on Dinho!
I think Pep expects him to handle that.

I only wonder about 2 positions:
left back: is Delph fit?? Or will Zinchenko be in? (I think Danilo will start vs Salah.)

I also thought Komps would be the man for Anfield, but can he handle the small quick red forwards?
If yes, Laporte would start today.

This is the team I reckon Pep will play. Kompany and Bernardo in for Laporte and Sterling for Liverpool. Let’s worry about Everton before we start thinking about Liverpool and United.

Praying for a win today, can’t pass on the opportunity of winning the league against United.
