Can't shake off a nasty feeling about this one.

In the grand scheme of things a win on Weds is probably more important but I've really got my heart set on winning the league against them now

Pep has never beaten Everton, can't believe that stat if I am honest.
 
been in liverpool since midday, never felt more relaxed about an everton game tbf.

saying that sat in a top boozer listening to the jam away i the town may have something to do with it

How many times has he played them? 3? Give it another 20 and let's see how the stats stack up.

That said, we as a club have a particular problem with Liverpool in general. Our away form in that City, be it against Liverpool or Everton is absolutely dire. Of course we've been crap for many years, but even since the Thaksin and Sheik Mansour era, our record is awful. Needs to change, starting today!
 
It’s not so much the result that worries me, but how many players we’ll have left standing, for Wednesday, following the usual 90 minutes of thuggery by the toffees (it is their cup final after all)

God knows they were cynical enough at the Etihad, earlier on this season, but I expect them to be even worse under fat Sam
