I really don't want to become a Chelsea mk.2 and just throw money at our problems, we'll never get anywhere like that.

We need to do things the Man United or Arsenal way and bring through quality, nuture young talent and be patient.

But I fear we'll just spend another hundred million on average English players.

Garcia plus Barry & 3 at the back was a dream come true for Everton. It was never likely to work with the players picked.

Barry's worst ever game.

That was Southampton...although he was nearly as bad today.

Milner continually winds me up. All effort and not much else. Very limited footballer.

He shows a half decent football brain at times but he's your typical old school english player.

His passing frustrates me quite often but I've seen him have enough good games for me to want to keep him (squad player)

What is Mancini going to say that will suddenly make everyone feel better?

You would all be waiting to pick apart and scrutinize anything he said anyway.

I'd rather he didn't give the FA any excuses to single the club out again.

Absolute shocking. Dzeko, kolarov and Barry should be no way near this squad next year. Need a complete reshape in the summer. Gary Neville got it bang on today, now teams have worked out how to play against us, our lack of pace sticks out like a sore thumb.
