If Andrés Iniesta was stuck in a midfield full of just okay players and literally no other creative players, would be look as excellent as he does at Barça?

Players here play regularly and contribute at a high level with attacking and creative play for their team-

We've tried to sign many creative and attacking players but they've simply not wanted to sign for us. When one player is the only true creative player in a team he stands very little chance of succeeding and any time he does succeed it must be through sheer brilliance. Milner and Yaya are just not creative players. Our other best creative player in the squad behind Silva is actually Micah Richards. He had something like 9 assists last season.

Exactly. Said it on the last page, it's a joke how little creativity a supposedly tiki-taka style team has, no wonder we've been found out by so many! We want to play like Barcelona with a team packed with grafters. Our attacking side is so dysfunctional and incomplete.

Not really. They're fans got behind the team and made life difficult for us. I just wish our supporters could make a bit more noise when we play at home, we'd pick up more points.

The penalty doesnt matter, mancini doesnt have a clue in some games. Sunderland, Everton and Liverpool. Every we can expect the same thing and that isnt a win. Tactically he doesnt know what to do which also applys to europe.

I am rather concerned that we are not getting results from teams that others seem to have little difficulty in dispatching. Looking at some performances this season you could believe that little has gone on in the week re training and tactics.

What can you say. Surely that's it?
We started the season, and it seems like every game, with a sense of entitlement. You deserve nothing, you have to work for it. Being the better team on paper means nothing if you aren't willing to work hard on the pitch.

Hard work always beats talent when talent fails to work hard.

Every time we made a pass, an Everton player managed to get a foot to it before we did. They were ferreting around us like there was no tomorrow even when they were down to 10 men.
Silva can't cope with a physical game and with Yaya out our midfield was woefully short.
I actually get the impression that none of the players get on with the manager and it shows on the pitch in terms of non commitment and lack of motivation sometimes.
There is definitely something about our club which hasn't been right since the Tevez incident last year and I suspect it's because the players simply don't want to play for Mancini. Either we need to get some players who want to play for the manager or get a manager who the players want to play for.

Exactly, there are two options, and the first one is impossible with FFP regs in place.
