Ex City striker to be president of Georgia

Tskhadadze to be fair looked a pretty solid defender at the level we were at, and knew how to score with his head too. Played well until he got seriously injured away at Fulham in the second game of the Division 2 season, and that was pretty much that.

Don’t remember a great deal about Murtaz Shelia but there were plenty of players in that era who were highly forgettable.

Remember when we signed Kavelashvili, Alan Ball telling an interviewer that Kinkladze kept saying “he is better than me”. Not sure if that speaks more volume about Ball’s judgement or Georgi’s….
Shelia scored City's last minute "winner" at Birmingham in 97-98
The one where Birmingham scored twice in added time

Pro-Russian ****.
He’s a right wing politician putting his national interests first, Their Trump, or Their Farage…. I’ve no problem with him wanting what he believes best for his country. Of course our media propaganda machine has to term that anti western instead of pro Georgian

I’m more than capable of making my own mind up on this any any other subject, so fuck off with the propaganda bollocks.

I was there that game. Lived in Brum at the time and was up on the fence giving it the big one to them. I think they played about 15 minutes injury time in the days when 2 was a lot. I don’t think that there were many stoppages either!
