Surely the club should have decided on what action it needed?

I don't think they could force him to have any medical treatment without his consent. Either bad advice from somebody else, he thought it would be a quicker recovery his way or possibly some religious bollocks got in the way.

Lukas Nmecha has had a pretty good start in Germany, doesn’t look like Felix has made the bench yet though. And Jeremie Frimpong is apparently playing really well for Leverkusen too.

Fair enough, I only saw Felix hadn’t made the bench in the Bundesliga yet. I’m not sure it was the best move for him tbh, he’s nearly 21 and still hasn’t played a league game in his career.
