Sky were randomly showing the 4-3 Michael bastard Owen derby highlights last night and it reminded me how good Bellamy was for us.

When we finished 5th after losing 0-1 at home to Spurs Mancini knew he wasn't good enough. Good player but not top class.

Only Tevez in terms of players has gone on and done anything. Even now his running, finishing and desire would add to our team. Sure Kompany at the level he was at would be amazing. All the rest potentially including Tevez peaked or had their best days at City and had to be replaced. We've never quite resolved our defensive midfield post Barry and centre back post Lescott. I think Pep will sort those things.

Good shout on Distin, but he's never been the same since the bolt was removed from his neck.

Distin could have stayed but chose not to. Wouldn't have him back.
