Convert the time formatted cell in cell E4 into another cell with
=(HOUR(E4)+MINUTE(E4)/60)*60
so 01:00 becomes 60
you can then divide your minutes (8*7) by this number
alternatively if
A1 is start time (07:00)
B1 is end time (08:00)
C1 is your number of runs (7)
D1 could be =(8*C1)/((HOUR(B1-A1)+MINUTE(B1-A1)/60)*60)
format this cell as a percentage = 93%
=(HOUR(E4)+MINUTE(E4)/60)*60
so 01:00 becomes 60
