Excluding kids who will leave in the next two windows?

Depends on who you call kids
Luiz? Roberts? Zinchenko?
I would guess Vinny and Sergio could be in their last season possibly 'Dinho unsure about Gundog and Delph.
Some will stay but probably not all of those.

Gundogan
Hart
Mangala
Denayer
Zinchenko

Aguero might be another but I think Kompany will just retire rather than leave if he is to 'go'.

Probably get my head chewed off for this but maybe Bernardo Silva, can’t see him being happy with his lack of game time that he gets! He will be wanting to start week in week out

I won't chew your head off but I do think he will get a lot more game time this season and won't go.

He'll get plenty of game time. One of the most used players in a record breaking season during which he adapted to the league last season.

That thought has made me giddy about him!

Hart
Denayer
Mango
Roberts
Tosin
This year
Next year
Poss Bravo
Kompany
Aguero
Fernandinho
Poss Gundogan
God when you look at it like that..

In a record-breaking league-winning team, the player that made the most appearances of anyone will be leaving, wanting more game time...
Or am I biting too hard on this one

To be fair there was quite a discrepancy last season between appearances and starts/game time for Bernardo last season, though he did get quite a bit of time.

Aguero said some months ago that he will go to Independiente in 2020, when his contract expires. Scary to think that in 2 years Kompany, Fernandinho and Aguero might be gone

And Silva. It's a horrible thought, but I think the way we're being set up, we'll be fine. Might be dramatic, but Pep is changing our whole mentality, and even if the individuals that replace them aren't as good, the team will be better, even when he's gone.

Thought for some reason his contract expired in 2021. It really is scary. Hopefully some of our young talents can replace them
Kompany-Eric Garcia
Fernandinho-Claudio Gomes/Matt Smith
Silva-Foden
Aguero-Nmecha (little too early for Touaizi)

Very optimistic and probably a little unrealistic, but would be great if some of our academy players could make it

Possible high profile departures:

Mendy (loan) - if he continues to be plagued by injuries

Kompany - his form last season and during the world cup was very encouraging but he will be 33 next year

Gundogan - he divides opinion on here, and he could become disheartened if his opportunities are limited during the upcoming campaign

Otamendi - it’s quite unlikely but there’s plenty of competition for places at CB and he’s another who’s over the age of 30

Danilo - I’m a big fan but he may become discontent if Walker’s seen as our first choice RB/RWB

Aguero - we might be looking to cash in whilst he still has a substantial resale value

D Silva - see Aguero

Fernandinho - see Aguero

Sterling - his contract situation needs to be resolved soon

Aguero, D. Silva & Fernandinho all have contracts that run out in the Summer of 2020. Aguero & Silva have both stated that they'll run down their contracts and go home, City have always supported this so we won't be "cashing in" on them at least. Fern will be 35 so if he's still here (I can see him leaving the season before) he'll be in the same boat. Kompany's contract runs out next Summer so it'll be interesting to see what pops up in the first half of the season.

Not a chance in hell we loan Mendy out
