Wanting to lose a bit of weight on the ole balcony. Any tips for good, effective exercises for abs and pecs?

I only run upstairs when I am dying for a crap !!

As with any cardio for weight loss, it's simply "the more the better" but for cardio fitness they say you should aim for at least 20 minutes at least 3 days a week. Going up and down your stairs is good excercise but there are probably safer ones! When you get knackered it's easy to stumble.
