No need to apologise mate, the media scramble to report anything when things like this happen-usually without much verification. Inaccuracies, mistruths and downright lies spread like wildfire mainly due to social media.

That's just what the description says.

The level always rises after terrorist attacks under the "on going attack" clause. The logic here is backwards, it stays there until they prove it was a lone wolf rather than the other way around
