My thoughts and prayers go to all those caught up in this in my home City tonight.
If it is a bomb, and it seems conclusive at this point, then I despair, I really do. Bombing indiscriminate members of the public is bad enough but bombing a teenagers concert is beyond depravity.

My heart goes out to everyone affected.

That is often the motivation for the attacker who will say the same about "their" children. If ever something justified the phrase two wrongs don't make a right this is it. Sadly the perpetrators won't see it that way.
