There's absolutely no witness reports that there was an explosion of any kind. It seems that that two loud bangs possibly caused by a speaker blowing caused people to panic and run. The police are describing it as serious because people may have been stampeded in the ensuing panic.

Just seen pics of blood splatter on a person, it is pretty clear that is not from a stampede imo. The lady was stood when that blood spattered her top from what i can see.
