Can we clarify this? Are the injuries off a device or stampede or the pictures unrelated altogether?

From what i have read one woman was bleeding profusely, could be a stampede effect but his tone (person describing it)did not feel like it was that. I can't explain it fully but pretty sure the lady's injuries were not related to being crushed in any way.

I will research further.
