Red Bull shouldn’t be allowed to own two teams.

Using the Australian Cheshire Cat to snag the fastest lap bonus point away from McLaren is bullshit. Shouldn’t be allowed at all.

Superb drive from Lando and what a car! That margin was huge. Not a lot of racing apart from the Piastri overtake on Russel and Leclerc's overtake on Hamilton. The race was all about strategy, sounds like Mercedes were banking in a safety car given the track record.

Fair play to all of the drivers, the track was roasting.

We had a superb evening at the track, enjoyed watching Kylie followed by the race. I can highly recommend the Singapore GP for anybody thinking about going to the F1. Hosts were brilliant, good natured atmosphere and great value with the bands on show in between the action on track.

Now for a few drinks, food and to find somewhere showing City!

Well done Norris. Fastest car driven by one of the best drivers is really no contest. Let’s hope the other teams catch up with their cars or it’ll be another boring period with McLaren winning, as RB did with Verstappen and Mercedes with Hamilton.

What’s the point of the fake pit stops , never really understood that one ?

It’s to try and trick the other team into making an early pit stop, think they’re about to be undercut.

In today’s instance McLaren wanted Red Bull to pit first (this was broadcast on team radio), and by making it look like they were about to make their move, thought they would be able to trick Red Bull into making a pit stop.

Has it ever worked like that , I don’t recall a team gaining an advantage from doing it ?

Loads of times. A few years ago there was some debate as to whether they were legal or not though, I recall. Memory is a bit hazy so I might be wrong.
