F1 2024 season

May well do but not been impressed this season

Mercedes have been awful since 2022, they cocked up big time with the aero package and “no side pods” design and have been trying to unpick it ever since.

You might recall Hamilton said from day one in that season the team was going in the wrong direction, and he was bang on.

I don’t blame him one bit for getting out, he knows the car is a lemon bar a perfect storm (such as Silverstone) and he’s just coasting til the end of the season. No point breaking a sweat really when the car is a no hoper.

I’ve never really even been a massive Hamilton fan (see my post above, in his McLaren days I was all in on supporting Jenson) but fair’s fair, he’s arguably the most consistent driver in the history of the sport.

He’s far from finished, he just knows what’s what this season.

I quite like LeClerc but Lewis is going to rip him to pieces next year.
