McLaren have always been like that.

It’s to their detriment sometimes. Last year it cost Norris a load of points in the fight against Max but I’d rather my team have a policy of positivity and equal opportunity and have two drivers who are fair and likeable, than follow a team staffed entirely by absolute cunts.
