Is there a danger of actually having an interesting championship this year? The past 10-15 years has been pretty tedious viewing with first Hamilton, then Verstappen, dominating. They've been more processions than championships, let's be honest. Also, Norris seems an okay bloke (however long until F1 knocks that out of him).

If the McLaren stays the dominant car, I can see Piastri winning the title, he’s calmer and more calculated than Lando.

It’s the end of this formula with new regs being brought in next season which will end up with one team getting and edge and dominating like Red Bull did when these ground effect regulations came in in 2022.
You look at the cars now they all look the same compared to three seasons ago when Mercedes tried to go down the zero side pod idea and then everyone started copying Red Bul’s concepts. There’s no big advantages that can be dragged out of the designs now which will give us a close field this season. McLaren will do well, Ferrari might have some success on some tracks and Verstappen will drag as much out of the Red Bull as he can get. Mercedes still looks like it only runs well in cold conditions, so will do well at Silverstone.
