The most memorable for me was Mansell v Senna.

Lets not forget the year that Prost got the Monaco stopped because it was a bit rainy in 1984 - he was leading - and consequently because of it finishing before 3/4 distance half points were awarded (so he got 4.5 instead of 9).
And he lost the championship by half a point that year - he would have won it if the Monaco race had kept going long enough for full points to be awarded.
