Can't bloody wait for the new season with such a huge regulation change.

Mercedes sound like they are favourites following the closed testing in Barcelona but ofcourse there's a lot of sandbagging going on. Anyway, we are in for a treat.

Aye, the narrower cars might make for more interesting races on street circuits.

Monaco will always be a bust, though.

FIA really doing well protecting the cars from the media in the shakedowns....

RB and Mercedes allegedly found an engine loophole. Could be Max v George this year and that won't be friendly.

I am backing Russell for the drivers championship and I would love to see it

It could well shape up to be a real ding dong.

Hoping McLaren can continue their good form into this season and Lando can bag a second title.

Failing that would be great to see George win the championship, he deserves it.

It would be funny to see Aston’s giddiness go up in (metaphorical) flames.

As much as I hate Red Bull I don’t want to see Hadjar chewed up and spat out. He’s a mega promising young talent and seems like a really nice lad.

Ferrari - a big part me of hopes they’re an absolutely terrible just so both Lewis and Charles tell them to get fucked, neither of them really deserve this shit. Lewis must be absolutely kicking himself that he didn’t just grit his teeth and stick with the shit Merc for another year.

You’d be mad to count McLaren out. They’ve shown over the last couple of years that they have the best aero development in the sport.

Just because Mercedes are the ‘works’ team doesn’t mean they are at a big advantage necessarily. McLaren have special priority with Mercedes engines over the other customer teams so they are effectively another works team.

Going to be really close this season, Hadjar should be very good in the Red Bull, expecting the astons (well Fernando) to be very strong in 2nd half of the season, great chance for the Mercs this season

Hope so. At least 3 teams in play challenging will make it a good season.

I like RedBull. I hope they do well this season.

I don't know why I went off Mclaren.

Really dislike Mercedes (posh people0 cars) and Ferrari (red scum).

I hope a middle or bottom team emerges too. I like middles and bottoms. ;-) Ooo lala.

Newey being very secret squirrel with his team could be the surprise package.

Learning curve for Audi/Cadillac.

Gave up on F1 after the Hamilton/Verstappen safety car debacle.

I'm going to give it a couple of races this season, and see how it goes. If it's the same old shite from the teams and race officials then it can get in the bin for another season.

The entire sport of F1 is built upon exploiting every loophole possible. I cannot take anyone who calls it cheating when one team does it better than the others seriously.

If the regulations stipulate 16:1 at ambient temperature and that's what the Mercedes is, then it's legal, and everyone else has to catch up.
