Well! They left that late in the season to produce the race of the year. How there weren't more incidents is thanks to the incredible driving.

That was a master class by a true great. He even over ruled his pit crew as he knew the dangers of the pit lane, and could feel the car was good for two laps. He is not every bodies cup of tea, but there is no doubting he is one of the greatest ever. Well done LH.

It's funny, when people ask if he's only won things because of the car, it reminds me of when people ask if Pep only won because of the teams he managed.

I mean obviously he needs the car. But the car needs him too. That's how it works.

It was a top drawer drive and well deserved.

Still wanted it to absolutely chuck it down on the last lap and for Hamilton to sail off into the scenery at Turn 8 with Perez taking his first win though.
