If I'm Norris I bide my time for the Mercedes seat. I'm not as convinced it's got Russell's name on it as I used to be. I mean if Hamilton goes at the end of next year for example then Norris would have had multiple years experience in a high quality car whilst Russell hasn't achieved much more than consistently qualifying for Q2.

That's pretty much my feeling too. He was looking at how the car would run this season before commenting he was willing to extend his contract this weekend.
Bottas and Russell might swap teams next year. Toto wouldn't have appreciated his attitude yesterday.

Well done McLaren. They obviously thought the same as me and protected their asset. Let's hope they can give him competitive cars.
Still leaves RB with a hole to fill as I don't think Perez is the answer.

Was always going to happen. Came across as quite a McLaren fanboy on the Netflix Formula 1 tele series.
My theory on why he's so fast is because he looks so frail & light. Hence, probably carries minimal bodyweight in the car :-)
