I don't think it's that kind of inquiry. Seems to be just more of a general investigation with teams to improve stewarding to ensure we don't get a repeat of Abu Dhabi.

Keep your eyes on McLaren and Ferrari. New regulations and cars mean it's pretty much a clean slate. Aston Martin and even Haas could surprise a few people. Expect Red Bull to fall by the wayside. Russell at Mercedes will either be "interesting" or they'll nerf him.

23rd Feb is the first day of testing. Could be a good time to get back into it as there's been huge changes to the cars and regulations between seasons so right now nobody really knows whats going to happen.
