I thought that when an Italian driver simply parked on the outside of a bend, that led to the first safety car being deployed.

That was a very odd thing to do. I wouldnt put it pass RB to have had a word

The new cars for next season will be all equal. All equal clown cars the winner of the race will be determined by who can keep the most bits on the chassis before the wheels fall off .

Next season the rules will be altered/determined mid each race - subject to change and the whim of the FIA on the day eg - half way through the race at say Silverstone all cars will be required to travel and race in reverse gear only

Masi's ad-hoc negotiating of the restart positions last week was a huge red flag. It just can't happen like that. What a way to ruin a season.

I’m not saying it will happen but it should as the race director has not applied the rule correctly.
